Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)

About
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist committed to supporting individuals and couples as they heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. My focus is on trauma and complex trauma, and I provide a collaborative, supportive environment where clients can work through difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
Before starting in private practice, I spent over five years as a Registered Behavior Technician working with children on the autism spectrum. I have also worked with individuals facing homelessness and those navigating substance use, mood disorders, and personality disorders. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, systems-aware approach to care.

Treatment Approach
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my clinical work. While these evidence-based modalities inform my practice, my approach remains person-centered. I see clients as the experts of their own experiences and focus on creating a therapeutic environment that is safe, collaborative, and empowering.
My aim is for therapy to feel meaningful and approachable, combining clinical care with a human, relational touch.
