About

I earned my M.S.W. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2007. I have over 20 years of clinical experience treating adults and youth in outpatient, residential, medical, and correctional mental health settings. I also have extensive experience treating adults with co-occurring disorders in both residential and outpatient levels of care.

Currently, I am employed full-time with California Correctional Health Care Services.

I have been providing clinical supervision to associates and unlicensed clinicians since 2009 and have managed my private practice in Visalia, CA since August 2013.

Treatment Approach

My collaborative, strength-based therapy approach offers tangible ways to promote healing and growth, reduce stress, boost mood, and cultivate meaningful connections with others. I draw from progressive niches in the mental health field while routinely incorporating research-based applications related to neuropsychology and mindfulness practices into my clinical work.
