About
My name is ZoeyJane Jauregui, and I serve as the Clinician’s Assistant. Over the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to the mental health field, and since joining this team in May 2025, it has been a privilege to support both clients and clinicians in a variety of ways.
In my role, I help with scheduling and coordination, client intake and communication, billing support, and incoming questions or urgent concerns. I’m often the first point of contact for our clients, and I take great pride in creating a calm, welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
Background
My background includes phlebotomy certification, CPR certification, and additional medical experience, all of which have strengthened my attention to detail and professionalism, especially in time-sensitive situations. I’m often recognized for my warm demeanor and strong communication skills, which I use to help clients feel supported and connected to our office.
Earlier this year, I also began cosmetology school. While it may seem different from mental health, I’ve found it complements the heart of my work: helping people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin. It has also strengthened my ability to build rapport, listen carefully, and provide a service experience rooted in trust and respect.
