Relational Therapy

The goal of relational therapy is to help develop better communication skills, gain insight into their patterns of interaction, and learn how to resolve conflicts in a healthy and constructive manner.

What is relational therapy?

Relational therapy is focuses on helping relationships improve and resolve conflicts. Our therapists are trained and in training using techniques from Couples Institute, Esther Perel, Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy to provide you with quality care. We provide a safe and supportive environment to address issues that may be causing distress or dissatisfaction in the relationship.

Our therapists facilitate open and honest dialogue between partners and may use various therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to the specific needs of the relationship. This sets us apart from other providers, we offer quality care through our training, experience and development.

What can I expect?

During relational therapy sessions, partners may explore topics such as trust, intimacy, emotional connection, shared values and goals, and problem-solving strategies. The therapist helps individuals identify and understand underlying issues that contribute to relationship difficulties and guides them in developing a strategy to address these issues.

Relational therapy can be beneficial for all types of relationships at any stage of their relationship, whether they are dating, engaged, married, or in a long-term partnership or other dynamics. It can be helpful in addressing a wide range of concerns, including communication problems, sexual difficulties, infidelity, financial disagreements, parenting conflicts, and more.
