Background

I obtained my B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Marriage Family and Child Counseling (MFCC) from California State University, Fresno.

Personal Interests

In my free time, you’ll find me working on embroidery, watching anime, and going to concerts.

I have experience working with issues such as depression, self-esteem, anxiety, etc. I am trained in Psychopharmacology and Cooperative Coparenting. I will be training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Foundations, and Couples with Esther Perel.

My Approach

I have worked with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. I tailor my sessions to meet each client's specific needs, utilizing different modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered approaches to ensure that I provide high-quality and compassionate care to all of my clients. My goal as your therapist is to offer a non-judgmental and safe space where you feel welcome, validated, and heard.
